The brief

Design and teach the front-end block of an intensive bootcamp — JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js, SASS, Tailwind and Docker — for a cohort with very heterogeneous entry profiles, a good share of them with no prior technical background.

How it was approached

In intensive training the bottleneck is not the syllabus but the pace: the gap between someone who already programmed and someone starting from zero opens in week one and does not close on its own. The curriculum was designed to close that gap early, with a lot of guided practice and individual support in the first blocks.

What this has to do with consulting

Explaining technical decisions to somebody without the context is exactly the skill a leadership meeting requires. Teaching is where it gets trained.
