We only process the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form or by email: name, email address, company, phone number if you give one, and the content of your message.

There is a single purpose: to handle and answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a service proposal. We do not use this data for unsolicited marketing and we do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

We also store, alongside the message, the date of submission and the IP address it came from, for the sole purpose of preventing abuse of the form.

Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the corresponding box before submitting the form (GDPR article 6(1)(a)), and on pre-contractual measures taken at your request when the enquiry concerns a possible engagement (article 6(1)(b)).

Logging the IP address is based on the legitimate interest in protecting the site against automated submissions (article 6(1)(f)).

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, if it does not lead to a contractual relationship, for a maximum of twelve months from the last contact.

If a professional relationship is established, data is kept for its duration and thereafter for the statutory limitation periods applicable to tax and contractual obligations.

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required.

To deliver the service we rely on providers acting as processors, under a contract compliant with GDPR article 28: the website and email hosting provider, and the scheduling tool used if you book a video call.

The servers hosting the site and the email are located in the European Union.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw the consent given, by writing to info@fona.dev and stating which right you are exercising.

If you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data: encryption in transit via TLS, access control, backups and minimisation of the data requested.
