ERP and integrations

We get your systems talking to each other so data is entered once. ERP, CRM, e-commerce, warehouse and third-party platforms, with full traceability of every message.

The problem

When every system tells a different version of the truth

The ERP says one thing, the CRM another and the website a third. Someone reconciles by hand every week, and the error only surfaces once it has reached a customer.

Signs this is you

  • Excel exports used to make two systems talk
  • Orders retyped by hand into the ERP
  • Stock out of sync between the shop and the warehouse
  • Each integration built by a different vendor, with no one holding the map
  • A supplier changed their API and you found out when it broke
  • Nobody can say which system is authoritative for customer data

What we do

What we do

Systems map audit

We build the real inventory: which systems exist, which data lives where, who owns each field and where it breaks today. The output is a diagram and a prioritised list, not a slide deck.

Integrations and middleware

Point-to-point connections when that is enough, and an integration layer with queues and retries when volume demands it. REST, SOAP, EDI, flat files, webhooks and whatever API your vendor ships.

Data migrations

ERP replacements and system consolidations with field-by-field mapping, cleansing, reconciliation and a cut-over window rehearsed before anything touches production.

Monitoring and reprocessing

Every message is logged. When something fails there is an alert, an identifiable cause and a retry button — rather than a lost order that turns up three weeks later.

How we do it

How we do it

  1. Audit

Two to four weeks talking to the people who actually use each system and reading the code that already exists. We finish with the systems map and the breakage points ranked by impact.

  2. Pilot integration

We pick the flow that hurts most and build it end to end, monitored from day one. It validates the architecture before we commit to the rest.

  3. Phased rollout

The remaining flows land in waves, each with its own test window and rollback plan. There is never a single big day when everything changes at once.

  4. Operations and handover

We leave runbooks, alerts and training for the in-house team. We can stay on a monthly retainer or step away — that is your call, not a dependency.

FAQ

What people ask us

Do you work with our ERP even if it is obscure?

Yes. What matters is not the brand but the interfaces it exposes: API, database, files or web services. The audit establishes what is available, and if the system is closed we design the integration around what it does allow.

Can you integrate without modifying the ERP?

In most cases, yes. We work alongside it with our own integration layer, so the ERP stays as it is and all new logic lives somewhere we control and can version.

What if the ERP vendor will not cooperate?

That is a common scenario. We document what we need in writing, escalate through the contractual channel and meanwhile progress along the paths that do not depend on them. If the blocker is real, you hear it early and with alternatives attached.

What does an integration cost?

It depends on the number of flows and how open the systems are. We start with a fixed-price audit that ends in a proposal with scope and cost per phase, so you decide with numbers on the table.
