Solution

A senior technical profile for your agency

A client project that calls for serious architecture, a complex integration or technical leadership, and you have no such profile free. We embed in your team under your brand.

The problem

The project demands more than you have available

The agency has the client relationship and the delivery team, but it lacks the profile that makes the hard technical decisions or solves the part nobody on the team has done before.

Signs this is you

  • A client asks for something your team has never done and you have to answer now
  • You need a second senior opinion before committing to a scope
  • A spike of work that does not justify a permanent hire
  • You lack someone to talk as an equal to the client's technical team

What we do

How we embed

White-label

We work under your brand, in your tools and with your process. The client sees your team.

Technical leadership

Architecture, technology decisions, proposal review and scope control, with responsibility for what gets signed.

Senior development

The hard or new part: integrations, migrations, performance, the piece that throws the team off.

Point reinforcement

We come in for a project or a phase and leave, without creating a structural dependency.

Your brand

Senior
technical leadership judgement, not just execution
No dependency
we come in by project or phase, not indefinitely

FAQ

What people ask us

Does the client know we are there?

That is your call. The usual white-label arrangement is that they do not: we work as part of your team. We can also appear as collaborators if you prefer transparency.

Do you compete with us for the client?

No. We do not work directly with your clients outside the engagement you give us. That is the basis for this to work.

What is the minimum time commitment?

It depends on the project. It can range from a few days a month of technical leadership to part-time during a development phase.
